Hi, I'm Christie and this is my husband Dave! I have been managing Short Term Rentals since 2017 and it is absolutely a passion of mine! He is an electrician and my favorite handyman, support system & human. We have four kids and two cats and lots of extra kids that seem to find their way into our home on the daily!

I have called Redding, CA home for over 20 years and I love this part of California. Dave came from Omaha, NE ten years ago and never looked back!

It’s our dream to see Redding, CA and Shasta County turn into one of the greatest vacation destinations you can find. One little vacation home at a time!
